Event Staff for Children's Dinosaur Event

Day-to-day of the role:

Ticket Box Staff

Manage ticket sales and assist visitors with entry.
Provide information about the event and answer queries.

Gift Shop Staff

Assist customers with purchases and maintain shop displays.
Handle transactions and provide excellent customer service.

Animation Tent Staff

Guide children in drawing pictures of dinosaurs.
Take photos and help create animations from their drawings.

Education Tent Staff

Help children discover dinosaur fossils.
Educate them about dinosaurs and paleontology.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Friendly and approachable demeanor.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work well in a team.
Previous experience in customer service or working with children is a plus.
