We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Bid Writer to support the sales team by creating high-quality proposals and presentations, maintaining accurate CRM data and managing a smooth and timely bid process. This is a detail-focused role centred on coordination and content development within the new business workflow.

DESCRIPTION.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team by creating clear, high-quality proposals and presentations
- Write proposal content using input and ideas from the Business Development Director
- Draft presentation decks
- Create presentation decks that follow company templates
- Keep the CRM system up to date
- Ensure bids are completed and submitted on time
- Focus on detail, coordination, and content writing to support new business effort
- Update opportunity stages
- Enter accurate closing dates and deal values
- Track outcomes of submitted bids
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role
- Track record in bid writing and understanding of the tendering process
- Excellent communication and writing abilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven experience working with external stakeholders
- Organised individual with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
