Day-to-day tasks of the role:
  • Picking, packing, and collating orders ready for loading, including pallet wrapping and processing the correct paperwork for dispatch.
  • Safely handling all sensitive waste products.
  • Performing scheduled stock checks and batch audits following deliveries.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
  • Collaborating with the Operations Team to enhance customer experience through continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Forklift truck license.
  • Proven background in administration and operations support.
  • Knowledge of Customs procedures and required documentation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a challenging and high-pressure environment.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, flexible, and hardworking.
  • Clear, confident, and precise communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive approach to work, constantly seeking to challenge and improve everyday processes and procedures.
