As a Digital Marketing Executive joining a well-established distribution company based in Crawley. You will support a range of marketing tasks and work closely with the Marketing Manager, who will provide guidance and set priorities. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone creative, organised, and self-motivated, with a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Marketing Executive responsibilities:

  • Write SEO-optimised content for blogs, websites, and marketing materials.
  • Maintain and update company websites (WordPress/WooCommerce), including product uploads and content edits.
  • Manage and create daily social media content for multiple brands, schedule posts, and monitor engagement.
  • Respond to customer queries and comments across social channels.
  • Track website performance using Google Analytics and suggest improvements.
  • Design and send regular email campaigns using Mailchimp.
  • Conduct market research, track competitors, and support brand positioning strategies.
  • Assist with social media campaigns, event planning, and content creation (including photoshoots).
  • Take product photos, edit images, and assist with graphic design projects.
  • Help produce brochures, flyers, newsletters, and other marketing materials.

Skills & experience required:

  • Social media management and content creation experience
  • Strong writing and proofreading abiliti
  • Adobe Photoshop and creative suite knowledge
  • Basic photography and video editing skills (preferred)
  • Understanding of SEO and keyword research
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics
  • Creative eye and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience managing multiple brands is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
