This key role ensures the smooth and efficient running of the office, providing essential support to staff, students, and parents while maintaining professionalism and compliance with school policies.Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the school office, ensuring efficient administrative support.
  • Manage and coordinate office staff, delegating tasks to optimise workflow.
  • Maintain and update school records, including admissions, attendance, and student information.
  • Handle correspondence, scheduling, and communication with parents, staff, and external agencies.
  • Manage financial administration, including budgeting, invoicing, and procurement processes.
  • Support HR functions, including payroll coordination, recruitment, and staff record management.
