Plumber - Multi

  • Remuneration: £18.60 PAYE or £23.32p/h umbrella - Van & Fuel Card provided 
  • Overtime:  if worked will be paid at time and a half
  • Locations: RH postcodes including East Grinstead, Crawley, Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill (West Sussex)
  • Temp positions until end September 2025 (possibility to extend or to be offered perm role)
  • Working on day-to-day maintenance and repair of social housing properties
  • Mon - Fri 8am -5pm
  • Good all-round candidates with can do attitude

We're looking for a number of multi-skilled and enthusiastic tradespersons able to deliver first-class repairs service across a variety of properties for our reputable Housing Association client.

Requirements:

  • A relevant qualification in either Plumbing or Carpentry is preferred, but also experienced time-served candidates will also be considered.
  • Full UK driving Licence with no more than 3 points
  • Own tools (specialist tools will be provided)
  • Social Housing experience is advantageous 
  • Successful candidates will be subject to a Basic DBS check

You will be required to carry out the full range of general maintenance and new installation work to occupied and vacant properties whilst ensuring that Health and Safety procedures and safe working practices are adhered to at all times.
