Secondary Cover Supervisor Needed in CrawleyAt Engage, we’re working with a school that has a good Ofsted rating in Crawley to recruit a full-time cover supervisor who can join the team in its commitment to improving the attainment of all pupils. This is a great opportunity to join a welcoming team and make a real difference in the lives of your pupils.About the roleYou will be leading lessons and covering in the absence of class teachers for varying subjects at a good Ofsted-rating school in Crawley as soon as possible.You will receive training provided by the school and Engage Education and will be a part of a close and dynamic team. This role has very little planning and marking.The school is easily accessible from Crawley and Three Bridges train station if you are using public transport.If you are passionate about education and the growth within each student's learning environment this is the role for you!About youExperience working with students aged 11-16Flexibility to work on different subjectsConfident managing behaviourAn ability to build rapport with studentsHave a fun but firm presenceAn interest in educationWe welcome applications from candidates with any level of experience, although previous experience of working with students with challenging behaviour will be an advantage.
