Job Description:
We are seeking resilient and motivated Outbound Sales Representatives. In this role, you will be contacting individuals who have expressed interest in our clients’ private medical services by submitting their personal details online. This is a paid alternative to NHS services, offering faster access and premium care.
- Competitive salary, uncapped OTE per month, plus additional commission for achieving team targets.
- This is a Monday to Friday only role, where you will work on a 3-week rotation of 9-5 for two weeks, and 12-8 for one week.

As an outbound sales specialist, your primary responsibility will be to follow up on warm leads, engage potential clients in meaningful conversations, and guide them toward booking our clients’ paid services. You must be comfortable making a high volume of calls, knowing that only around 10% will convert.
Success in this role requires empathy, active listening, and the ability to lead conversations confidently toward a clear outcome. Strong closing skills and the resilience to handle rejection are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls to individuals who have expressed interest in private medical services.
- Build rapport quickly and listen actively to understand client needs.
- Clearly communicate the benefits of our paid service over NHS alternatives.
- Handle objections with empathy and professionalism.
- Guide the conversation to a successful booking or next step.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in our CRM system.
