Description

  • Oversee the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasts.

  • Conduct detailed P&L analysis and track financial performance.

  • Review business cases and ensure financial viability of new initiatives.

  • Present financial information to senior management and non-financial stakeholders.

  • Conduct post-investment reviews to assess the performance of strategic investments.

  • Support financial aspects of acquisitions and integrations.

  • Manage and develop a small commercial finance team.

Profile

  • ACA/ACCA or CIMA qualified with proven experience in a commercially focused finance role.

  • Highly analytical, able to interpret large volumes of data and deliver strategic insights.

  • Strong in P&L analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, with a solid understanding of financial metrics.

  • Excellent communicator, capable of presenting complex financial information to senior management and non-financial stakeholders.

  • Experienced in managing and developing a small team, with the ability to drive performance and collaboration.

  • Proficient in Excel (advanced level); familiarity with tools like TM1, Tableau, Power BI, or Hyperion is a plus.

  • A proactive and results-driven individual with a track record of supporting business growth and profitability.
