Are you ready to drive innovation in the automotive industry? Adecco working in partnership with Bentley Motors are searching for a dynamic Quality Whole Vehicle Reliability Technical Manager to join their Infotainment team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about connected car technology and eager to shape the future of vehicle features and customer experiences.


Pay rate: 34.21 PAYE
Working pattern: Hybrid - 3 days onsite (Monday & Thurs) Bentley core hours
Duration: 31/12/2026
Location: Crewe - Pyms Lane
Start date: ASAP

What You'll Do:
* Analyze and Verify: Dive into pre-series vehicles to evaluate potential customer concerns and provide detailed problem definitions with logs and imagery.
* Collaborate: Work closely with the analysis team to report on problems and KPIs, ensuring solutions are verified for effective closure.
* Lead and Influence: Use your expertise to influence problem owners and suppliers within the VW Group, taking charge of complex problem-solving teams.
* Define Testing Criteria: Specify reliability testing criteria based on customer usage profiles and engineering standards, ensuring our vehicles meet the highest expectations.
* Assess Release Events: Perform static and dynamic assessments during drive events, critically evaluating issues and preparing documentation for board reviews.

Who You Are:
* You possess infotainment and data capture knowledge, ideally with an electrical background.
* You have strong whole vehicle assessment and analytical problem-solving skills.
* You can effectively present and communicate technical issues to all levels, including board members.
* You thrive in a team environment and have excellent influencing skills using data.
* You're flexible and self-motivated, ready to adapt to changing priorities.
* You have a thorough understanding of vehicle development processes and customer expectations.

Key Skills:
* Advanced knowledge of problem-solving tools and the Product Emergence Process.
* Proficient in data analysis tools such as ODIS, VAS, and MDA.
* Strong PC skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* A current passport and willingness to travel internationally (Europe, USA, China, South Korea).

Qualifications:
* An engineering degree or equivalent is required.
* Associate membership in a relevant professional institution is preferable.
* A current driving license is essential.
