A leading accident repair centre is looking for an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) / Vehicle Estimator to join their team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in vehicle damage assessment and estimating, using Audatex to produce accurate repair estimates.

Requirements:

  • Recognised apprenticeship in Vehicle Damage Assessment with a relevant qualification (NVQ / ATA / IMI / SVQ)
  • Experience working in a busy body shop as a Vehicle Damage Assessor / Vehicle Estimator
  • ATA qualified with an up-to-date Audatex certificate preferred
  • Strong teamwork skills and motivation to earn bonus hours
  • Excellent knowledge of current vehicle repair techniques

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out damage assessments efficiently in a fast-paced accident repair centre
  • Produce accurate estimates using Audatex
  • Ensure all repairs meet factory specifications and customer expectations
  • Work closely with the body shop team to streamline repair processes
