We are seeking a motivated and driven Internal Sales Executive/Customer Service Executive to join our client's dynamic team.

As an Internal Sales Executive/Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for servicing a diverse portfolio of customers, including distributors and direct business customers. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional after sales service and providing our customers with a superior experience.

In this role, you will be assigned a specific region to manage, ensuring that all customers within that region receive top-notch service. You will be contacting customers via phone and email, following up on sales inquiries, and responding to quotes in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for reaching out to existing and potential customers to maintain and grow the customer base.

We are looking for a confident and personable individual who is able to connect with customers and build strong relationships. As an Internal Sales Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing us in a professional and friendly manner. You will have a keen eye for details and be able to actively listen and understand the needs of the customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Servicing a diverse portfolio of customers, including distributors and direct business customers
  • Managing and responding to quotes in a timely manner
  • Contacting customers via phone and email to follow up on sales inquiries
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Providing exceptional after sales service and resolving any customer issues effectively
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
