• Stable shifts – Rotating pattern:
• 6am–2pm (Mon–Fri)
• 2pm–12am (Mon–Thurs)
  (Initial training will be on day shift)
• Weekly pay with accurate e-payslips

The Role – Assembly Operative

You’ll be responsible for:

• Assembling parts and components
• Performing quality checks to meet high standards
• Working as part of a team to hit daily production targets
• Keeping your work area safe, tidy, and well-organised

• No formal qualifications needed – just a great attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience essential
• Strong attention to detail and a team-focused approach
