Senior HR Administrator - Crowborough
We're excited to be partnering with a friendly, growing organisation based near Crowborough looking for an efficient and enthusiastic Senior HR Administrator to support their team.
This role would suit someone who enjoys being the go-to person in the office, managing day-to-day operations while keeping HR processes running smoothly.
What's in it for you:
- £26,000 - £30,000 pro rata depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating HR documentation, from onboarding to leavers
- Organising staff inductions, equipment, and reference checks
- Assisting with general admin support for managers and directors
- Liaising with external providers (payroll, training, H&S, etc.)
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety processes
- Managing stationery and office supplies inventory
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Admin experience in a busy environment - HR background desirable
- Professional, approachable and well-organised
- Comfortable working independently and juggling multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
- Must have a full driving licence due to rural office location
