Senior HR Administrator - Crowborough

We're excited to be partnering with a friendly, growing organisation based near Crowborough looking for an efficient and enthusiastic Senior HR Administrator to support their team.

This role would suit someone who enjoys being the go-to person in the office, managing day-to-day operations while keeping HR processes running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating HR documentation, from onboarding to leavers
  • Organising staff inductions, equipment, and reference checks
  • Assisting with general admin support for managers and directors
  • Liaising with external providers (payroll, training, H&S, etc.)
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety processes
  • Managing stationery and office supplies inventory

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Admin experience in a busy environment - HR background desirable
  • Professional, approachable and well-organised
  • Comfortable working independently and juggling multiple tasks
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
  • Must have a full driving licence due to rural office location
