Position: Product Executive (Insurance)
Salary: 33k - 35k
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

About the Role:
As a Product Executive, you'll play a key role in supporting the development, delivery, and performance of insurance products. You'll conduct competitor and market research, provide expert product support, and contribute to project success by working cross-functionally across the business.

Key Responsibilities for the Product Executive:
- Provide technical and operational support across the insurance product range.
- Respond to internal and external queries, ensuring timely resolution.
- Carry out regular market and competitor analysis; present insights clearly and effectively.
- Identify opportunities for product and process improvement.
- Support the end-to-end delivery of product-related projects.
- Assist in the review and sign-off of customer-facing materials.
- Manage product documentation, stock levels, meeting coordination, and stakeholder communication.
- Monitor product performance, track trends, and contribute to ongoing enhancements.
- Support claims and complaints processes and handle related administrative tasks.
- Represent the team at insurance and financial services events (some weekend availability required).
- Ensure all team processes and documentation are accurate, version-controlled, and up to date.
- Commit to ongoing learning through 15+ hours of CPD annually.
What You'll Bring:
- Knowledge or strong interest in insurance or financial products.
- Analytical mindset with experience or capability in market research and insight generation.
- Clear and confident communicator-both written and verbal.
- Customer service experience and the ability to manage queries professionally.
- Familiarity with FCA compliance or a willingness to learn.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Google Suite and comfortable working with multiple systems.
Salary: 32k-35k
