Your Responsibilities as Chef de Partie
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes with consistency and precision
- Manage your section efficiently, ensuring a smooth service
- Contribute to seasonal menu development and special event catering
- Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and allergen standards
- Support and train junior kitchen staff when required
- Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and wider brigade to deliver an exceptional dining experience
About You
- Proven Chef de Partie experience, or a strong Demi Chef ready to step up
- Background in high-end hospitality, premium catering, or contract catering preferred
- Confident with modern cooking techniques and kitchen operations
- Excellent communication and teamworking skills
- High standards of organisation, cleanliness, and attention to detail
- Genuine passion for delivering nutritious, high-quality meals
- Food Safety Level 2 required (higher qualifications desirable)
