Salary: 55,000 - 75,000 + 6,240 Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits

Overview:
Manpower is working with a leading global engineering business to recruit a Sales Engineer to join their Marine Division. This is a key role bridging technical sales, customer engagement, and workshop support, with a focus on marine propulsion systems and developing MOD-related accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to technical sales enquiries and prepare quotes and proposals
- Act as the primary contact between the sales team, workshop, and customers
- Manage and grow customer accounts, particularly in the MOD and defence sectors
- Attend shipyards, exhibitions, and client sites as required
- Collaborate with internal teams in engineering, production, and logistics
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies in marine engineering
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven track record in sales within the marine or mechanical engineering sector
- Strong technical knowledge of marine propulsion or onboard systems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to liaise with both technical and commercial stakeholders
- Comfortable with occasional travel and being site-based in Croydon
- Familiar with CRM software and proposal/tender processes
Benefits Include:
Salary up to 75,000 (DOE)
6,240 annual car allowance
Bonus ~8.3%
25 days annual leave + bank holidays
