- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, presentation, and service
- Work across breakfast, lunch, or dinner services
- Prepare and deliver high-quality dishes consistently to spec
- Follow set recipes and presentation standards for made-to-order dishes
- Accept and manage deliveries, ensuring stock is rotated and stored properly
- Support with regular stock checks
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and food prep areas
- Assist with setting up for events and supporting front-of-house when needed
- Previous experience in a similar culinary role
- A genuine passion for food and excellent service
- A flexible, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with the wider team
- Basic IT and numeracy skills
