Job Opportunity: Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) AdministratorLocation: East Croydon (2-minute walk from East Croydon Station)Immediate Start | 2-Week Assignment

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented DSAR Administrator to join a busy and dynamic team for a short-term assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of GDPR and data protection practices to make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, log, and process Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) in line with GDPR and relevant data protection laws.
  • Gather and collate data from multiple systems to compile document bundles for posting.
  • Communicate with data subjects to acknowledge requests, provide updates, and deliver responses within regulatory timeframes.
  • Maintain accurate records of all DSARs and actions taken.
  • Assist in training staff on DSAR-related policies and procedures.
  • Prepare regular reports on DSAR activity and compliance.
  • Identify and suggest improvements to DSAR processes and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience handling DSARs or working in a data protection or compliance role.
  • Strong understanding of GDPR and data protection regulations.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple requests simultaneously.
