The school are eager to find a good/outstanding teacher with excellent subject knowledge in both French and Spanish, supported by a good honours degree in MFL or a related subject.

If you already have middle leadership experience in MFL or you're an experienced French and Spanish Teacher and you feel you are ready to take on HOD responsibilities, this role is for you!

You will be invited to teach as much KS5 as you wish, as well as options to take on BTEC and GCSE year groups. You will be managing a fantastic team of MFL Teachers who will welcome you from day one!

PERSON SPECIFICATION - Head of MFL (French & Spanish)

• Must have UK QTS
• Strong academics across the board - Degree, A Levels and GCSEs
• Must have an MFL or related Degree
• Must be meeting the 8 Teaching Standards to a 'Good or Outstanding' level
• Must be willing to listen to feedback
• Must be able to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and students
