Our client, highly reputable organisation in London now has an opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join their team on a permanent basis.

Please note: this role offers hybrid working arrangements with a minimum requirement of 3 days pw working from the London (south) offices.

As HR Business Partner you will act as a trusted and credible partner to your designated client group, providing strategic and commercially viable advice, support and guidance on a wide range of people matters.

Through an indepth understanding of the business aims, commercial activity and strategic priorities of your client group, aligned with an organisational 'big picture' perspective, you will build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders to identify people priorities and challenges and take a data and insights driven approach to shaping solutions that drive positive change.

This will include:

  • Developing annual people plans that support local business plans and objectives and align with organisational strategy
  • Guiding senior recruitment and onboarding
  • Advising and supporting on resource and talent management
  • Leading on complex organisational change, including restructures and TUPE
  • Leading on the implementation of new people policies and approaches
  • Overseeing employee relations issues, managing a small team to provide effective resolution to informal and formal issues

To be considered you will require:

  • Significant HR generalist experience gained within large-scale, complex and unionised settings, working in a business partnering capacity to deliver impactful strategic HR initiatives
  • Strong coaching, facilitating and negotiating skills, with proven experience of working in strategic partnership with senior stakeholders
  • Significant experience of leading and managing complex organisational change
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice, together with sound commercial and financial acumen, to enable business focused advice, influence and decision making
  • Extensive experience of leading and managing complex ER casework, both formally and informally
  • Experience of analysing complex data to identify trends and develop insights that inform people strategy and initiatives
  • Excellent demonstrable interpersonal and relationship building skills and a high degree of emotional intelligence
