We are seeking an experienced Supervisor with a strong trade background to oversee Kitchens & Bathrooms projects and wider refurbishment works. You'll play a key role in managing day-to-day site operations while ensuring the highest standards of Health & Safety compliance.
Coverage Area:
- You'll be overseeing projects across Lambeth and Croydon, managing multiple sites within these boroughs.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations across multiple sites, ensuring full Health & Safety compliance including scaffold inspections and adherence to all legislation
- Supervise and motivate teams of skilled tradespeople across Kitchens & Bathrooms and wider refurbishment projects
- Conduct pre-start checks, work area set-up, scaffold inspections, and post-completion inspections
- Deliver toolbox talks, safe start meetings, and comprehensive risk assessments
- Liaise with clients, residents, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Track progress against KPIs and provide regular reports to the Contracts Manager
- Provide on-site guidance and support for both internal teams and subcontractors
Essential Requirements:
- Full UK manual driving licence
- Valid CSCS card
- SSSTS or SMSTS qualification
- Strong background in Kitchens & Bathrooms refurbishment
- Proven experience supervising multi-trade teams across multiple sites
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Trade background strongly preferred

Working Pattern:
