Position: Repairs Senior Customer Resolution Officer
Location: Croydon, CR0 1EA
Contract Type: Temporary (2 months)
Working Pattern: Full Time
Hourly Rate: 26.42 per hour PAYE or 34.39 per hour Umbrella

What You'll Do:
As the Repairs Senior Customer Resolution Officer, you'll play a vital role in managing complex cases and providing outstanding support to our repairs service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the key liaison for disrepair cases and complex repairs.
- Providing proactive and reactive case management.
- Collating information in line with the Disrepair Protocol.
- Ensuring effective communication between front-line staff and back-office services.
- Conducting site inspections and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Resolving customer complaints in line with our policies.
What You'll Need to Have:
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in property maintenance work, with skills in contract management and performance evaluation.
- Strong knowledge of property inspection and common defects.
- Excellent customer care, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in record-keeping and time management.
- Good IT skills (intermediate Word, Outlook & Excel).
- Understanding of health and safety legislation and a commitment to diversity and safeguarding.
