Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

Salary: 95-115 per day (Based on Experience)

About Us:
We are a supportive Central London school with a strong commitment to inclusion and SEN provision. You'll work alongside skilled teachers, a proactive SENCO, and a caring staff team who put pupils' well-being first.
What You'll Do:
Provide one-to-one and small-group support for pupils with SEN, including autism, ADHD, and speech & language needs.
Assist teachers in delivering tailored strategies and implementing IEPs.
Promote independence, resilience, and confidence in pupils.
Support both learning and social development across the school day.
What We Look For (Essential):
Previous experience working with children with SEN.
Empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills.
A flexible, proactive approach to supporting diverse learners.
An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply).
Desirable:
Relevant TA qualification (Level 2/3 or equivalent).
Training in SEN/behaviour strategies.
