SEN Teaching Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to aid learners across primary, secondary, and specialist school settings. The successful candidate will work closely with teaching staff to provide tailored support for pupils with a range of additional needs, ensuring they have the opportunity to achieve their potential in a safe and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide 1-to-1 and small group support
Assist with classroom learning and behaviour management
Encourage independence and confidence in pupils
Collaborate with teachers and staff to adapt resources and approaches
Requirements:
Experience supporting children or young people with SEN (desirable)
A patient, adaptable, and proactive attitude
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Full-time, term-time only
