Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm)
Pay: Weekly - 425-525
Are you passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs? Do you have experience working with children with Autism, ASD, PMLD, and SLD or a background in personal care? If so, we would love to have you join a Primary School based in Croydon we are working with!
Key Responsibilities:
Provide dedicated support to students with Autism, ASD, PMLD, and SLD across either primary and secondary levels.
Assist in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs.
Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students.
Support students in developing social skills and independence.
Requirements:
Relevant qualifications or significant experience working with children with Autism, ASD, PMLD, and SL or strong background in personal care.
Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Commitment to promoting inclusivity and diversity within the classroom.
Understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures.
What We Offer:
Full-time, consistent hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm).
