Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored support to pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Work 1:1 or in small groups to help children access learning
Support with social and emotional development
Adapt resources and strategies to meet individual needs
Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
Promote inclusion within the classroom and wider school community
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience supporting children with SEN in a school or similar setting
Confidence providing 1:1 support in the classroom
A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
An enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply)
