We are working with an outstanding SEN school who are well known in the area for providing an brilliant range of education and support for students in the Croydon area.

This schools prides itself on providing a robust and thorough training programme that allows their staff to continue to learn and progress in their career. You will be working in smaller classes of 6-10 students.

In these roles you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, ensuring that the delivery covers the diverse need of the students. We are looking for someone with a passion for working within the SEN sector and who wants to create a supportive and nurturing environment.

What we are ideally looking for:

  • Ideally holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or significant relevant experience
  • Prior experience within an SEN school or as a specialist SEN Teacher or willingness to transition into a SEN school and embrace the training process
  • Proven ability to adapt lessons and teaching methods to suit individual needs
