- Managing and coordinating travel reservations (flights, hotels, etc.) for clients.
- Providing excellent customer service through various channels (phone, email, online).
- Answering customer questions, providing information, and suggesting suitable travel options.
- Confirming bookings, processing payments, and issuing tickets/vouchers.
- Handling changes, cancellations, refunds, complaints, and special requests.
- Identifying opportunities to offer additional services or upgrades.
- Maintaining clear and effective communication with clients, suppliers, and other internal teams.
- To have experience working for a travel company
- Have a high level of customer care and willingness to exceed expectations.
- Be highly motivated and extremely sales orientated, to meet both group and individual targets.
- To have previous experience in using a GDS and preferably AMADEUS and also in-house reservation system.
- Excellent communication skills
