Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied portfolio of clients, ensuring timely delivery of services
- Review and finalise accounts prepared by junior staff
- Provide business and tax advice to clients
- Supervise, train and support a team of junior and senior accountants
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Support the firm’s growth through networking and business development activities
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong technical knowledge and up-to-date understanding of accounting standards
- Proven leadership and staff management experience
- Ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
