We are looking for catering assistants to join the team with our client in rural Perthshire on an ad-hoc basis. Working with the team you will play a key role in ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly by assisting with food preparation, serving and maintaining cleanliness in all catered areas.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting with basic food prep
Serving food in a friendly and efficient manner
Marinating a clean and hygienic kitchen and dining area
Washing dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment
Following all food safety, hygiene and health and safety procedures
Requirements
Previous experience in a catering or kitchen environment would be preferred but not essential
Basic food hygiene knowledge
 Good communication skills
Flexibility to work different shifts including evenings or weekends
