We're hiring a Customer Service Advisors to join our client's vibrant team in Dalkeith, Lasswade or Edinburgh!

What you'll be doing:

Providing friendly, expert support via phone and email to customers about products and orders
Helping customers navigate their online orders and managing back-office processes
Coordinating with logistics, retail, and repair teams to ensure smooth order delivery and after-sales care
Building strong relationships using CRM tools and supporting ongoing customer needs
Being the go-to contact for all things related to the brand and its products

Role Details:

Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Saturday (1 in 2 Saturdays)
Pay rate: 23,500 per annum
Contract: 6-month fixed term initially
Start date: ASAP
