This could be just the opportunity for you.We're recruiting for a Telesales Advisor to join a growing team in a fast-paced, forward-thinking business. You’ll play a key role in driving sales performance across both existing and expanding networks, helping customers make the switch to a new service. Working closely with the Sales Manager and wider teams, you’ll manage inbound queries, generate leads, and play your part in building a strong sales pipeline – all while delivering standout customer service.What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Hitting (and exceeding!) sales KPIs through a proactive, desk-based approach
  • Managing inbound and outbound calls, building rapport and identifying customer needs
  • Handling general queries, escalating where needed, and ensuring a smooth customer journey
  • Supporting new team members with training and onboarding
  • Maintaining accurate records in the CRM and following all GDPR protocols
  • Highlighting the real value of products and services – not just focusing on price
