Monday to Sunday Shift Rotation:

Mon–Fri, 8am–8pm - 2 weekends in 6 (WFH) 9am–1pm

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls quickly and professionally, ensuring all responses align with company policies and procedures.
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with customers, adhering to all internal and external guidelines.
  • Provide regular feedback on call volumes and types to support team performance.
  • Use our systems efficiently to keep accurate records for both clients and customers.
  • Find balanced solutions, negotiating effectively to meet the needs of both customers and the business.

We Need:

  • Experience in a similar call centre or a fast-paced customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills—you must be confident and clear on the phone.
  • Genuine enthusiasm, empathy, and a strong commitment to outstanding customer service.
  • The ability to quickly understand information and adapt to changing situations.
  • Confidence working independently and thriving as part of a team.
  • The capacity to stay calm, focused, and effective even under pressure.
