The Hygiene Manager is responsible for working across all departmental areas, ensuring correct processing of recycling products, maintaining high hygiene standards, and performing duties safely and efficiently in line with AIB/DQMP, food hygiene, health and safety legislation, and company procedures.

Description

The Hygiene Manager will:

  • Ensure hygiene processes are carried out correctly, recorded and completed within the allotted time and to the set standard
  • Assist in improving hygiene procedures, working practices and working efficiency's
  • Work collaboratively with other departments as required
  • Working at heights and some lifting will be involved
  • Ensure all recycling products within the distribution centre are packed and loaded correctly for delivery to designated customers

Profile

The Hygiene Manager will:

  • Have previous hygiene experience and working in a physically demanding multi temperature FMCG environment
  • Be confident and calm under pressure, with good activity planning and organisational skills.
  • Have strong leadership ability - able to harness the efforts of a large team to deliver challenging targets and develop leaders of the future.
  • Have an innovative approach, forward thinking, able to think 'outside the box' and generate new opportunities for improvement.
  • Be a team player and team builder.
