This in-house Pension Executive function is looking for a strategic and resilient leader to shape and deliver their Member First vision—ensuring a ‘right first time’ quality service for members while driving continual improvement, assurance, and operational excellence.As Director of Assurance, Quality & Standards, you will:
  • Set and deliver the vision for quality across Member Services.
  • Lead their first line assurance programme, embedding governance, standards, and control.
  • Build and implement a sustainable knowledge management system.
  • Drive remediation strategies, complex administration, and service improvements.
  • Engage senior stakeholders (including trustees and non-executives) to influence positive change.
About you:
  • Proven senior leadership in a regulatory or financial services environment.
  • Strong background in assurance, risk management, quality management, and service transformation.
  • Resilient, pragmatic, and able to lead through complexity with sound judgement.
  • Experience in pensions (administration/regulation) is highly desirable.
