Description

This is an exceptional opportunity to build and lead a large high-performing team in a state-of-the-art, purpose-built facility - shaping operations from the ground up.

Driving excellence in daily warehouse operations, overseeing team performance, optimising workflows, and maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and productivity in a multi temperature environment. You will:

  • Assist in managing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Help develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to optimise workflows and productivity.
  • Support the recruitment, training, and supervision of warehouse staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Set performance goals, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
  • Assist in developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the warehouse team.
