Are you an Account Manager with experience working in the Shipping / Logistics sector, looking for an exciting new opportunity to work for a company that'll continually invest in you and your career?
On offer is an exciting opportunity where you'll become a fundamental asset to the business. You will be responsible for managing key accounts, building and maintaining relationships, conducting business planning as well as providing excellent customer service for all new and existing clients.
This company have recently been established but have already built a brilliant reputation within the industry. They have a 5 acre site based at Teesside Airport and are looking to continue to grow the business over the long term. They work in industries such as Shipping, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage sectors.
This role would suit an Account Manager looking for a long term role where you'll be able to grow within a business that provide excellent training and progression opportunities to develop your career.
The Role:
- Manage key accounts within the business and serve as the main point of contact.
- Build, develop and maintain client relationships.
- Conduct business planning and provide excellent customer service.
- Work cross functionally to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Stay informed about trends and industry developments.
The Person:
- Experience as a Key Account Manager within shipping, logistics, storage or a relevant sector
- Proficiency in sales or customer facing roles
