This is a superb, newly created role and opportunity to manage the administration of this long-established, own-mastertrust Defined Contribution Pension scheme.   About the Role As the DC Manager you will;
  • Develop and lead a dedicated DC pensions team on all aspects of pension’s legislation, regulations including master trust rules.
  • Be responsible for managing all DC Scheme Events and Projects
  • Employ a collaborative approach and will have a passion for building strong working relationships, both internally and externally.
  • Help the team to evolve by implementing best practice and supporting the development of your team through coaching and mentoring.
About You You will:
  • Possess significant Pension industry experience and will have extensive knowledge of DC Pensions and Master Trust regulations and governance.
  • Possess experience of coaching and mentoring
  • Demonstrate excellent leadership/people management skills
  • Be adept in managing tight deadlines and able adaptable/flexible, able to switch resource and priorities if required at short notice.
