Position: Sales Administrator
Location: Dartford
Type: Permanent
Days: 5 days a week in the office
Hours: 8am-5.30pm

My client is looking for a driven Sales Administrator to look after a loyal client base of main Contractors. You will be responsible for processing orders for construction products from a product range of 5000+
This role involves:
- Processing circa 50 orders per day through CRM system
- Building bespoke quotations for clients- checking pricing against contract agreements and passing follow up to your Account Manager
- Supporting your designated Account Manager to process all orders for their key account customers
- Updating clients on orders and delivery dates
- Advising on product range when items are out of stock
- Check goods-in system to review incoming products
- Supporting customers via both telephone and email and building excellent relationships
Training
To learn the business and all its operations, you will spend some time in different departments before starting your role. This will include:
- Time in the warehouse learning the products by picking orders
- Time in Transport learning how they route plan deliveries and understanding the challenges
- Time with printing to learn the process and understand lead times for your customers
- Some time with Internal Sales to learn how they win business and support key accounts
- 1-2-1 training with a customer champion to learn the system and order processing steps
Skills and experience needed
- Proven experience processing high volume orders across a large product range
- Collaborative worker able to support Sales and Account managers as well as managing own workload
- Excellent client management skills
