Panoramic Associates has partnered with an education provider based in Dartford that is looking for an Interim Premises Manager to join them immediately for a 6 month contract, paid on a daily rate.
As the Interim Premises Manager, you will report into the Head of Premises and Estates and line manage 4 members of staff. You will have responsibility for the health & safety and facilities management of the site.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Line Management
- Compliance
- Facilities Management
- Delegation of tasks
- Fulfil the maintenance improvement plan
- H&S - such as inspections being completed and documented
- Contract Management
- Premises projects
This is a Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm role, onsite in Dartford.
To be considered for this position, you must have experience of Premises Management/Site Management. Ideally, you will have experience of working in a school, NHS, Local Authority etc setting, however our client is open to other sectors. You will be NVQ 2 or equivalent qualified in a relevant field.
