Join a great client of ours as an Account Manager and play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This position is ideal for someone who excels in customer service and has a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for managing various aspects of client interactions and logistics, ensuring a seamless experience for both new and existing clients.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining high service standards.
  • Perform accurate data entry and keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Stay updated with customs requirements and ensure compliance in all transactions.
  • Liaise with overseas partners to request rates and coordinate logistics.
  • Respond to new online enquiries, provide quotes, and update existing enquiries as necessary.
  • Schedule in-home or virtual surveys to facilitate accurate move planning and cost estimations.
  • Act as the main point of contact for individual clients, managing their needs and expectations.
  • Follow up on quoted moves, using various platforms to reach clients and ensure timely responses.
  • Handle the final stages of booked moves, ensuring all details are confirmed and communicated effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in data entry.
  • Knowledge of customs regulations and requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in using various communication platforms.
