We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager to strategically identify,
engage, and secure new-logo corporate customers for our fast-growing client —by forging
targeted market relationships and partnerships that accelerate our expansion and deliver
sustainable revenue growth.
We are seeking a proven Business Development Manager to drive new business acquisition in a rapidly expanding automatic/industrial door servicing division. The successful candidate will have experience selling into the UK Facilities Management (FM) sectors, ideally within automatic/industrial doors, although an understanding of the sector is more important than direct experience in the product and service.
This is a high-impact, target-driven role focused on winning new logo customers across the FM Sector.
We’re looking for someone with a hunter’s mindset, a strategic approach, and the skills to inspire and elevate our highly successful service to greater heights.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and exceed individual new business sales targets
- Identify, prospect, and convert new logo opportunities in target verticals
- Create and execute a clear business development strategy aligned to divisional growth goals
- Attend industry events, tradeshows, and client meetings to build relationships and promote companies brand
- Collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns and sales materials
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotes, and presentations
- Provide clear monthly reporting on performance, pipeline progress, and market insights
What We’re Looking For
- A track record of winning new business in the UK FM or Automatic/Industrial Door sector
- Demonstrable success in target-based B2B sales roles, working autonomously and as part of a team.
