Description
- Manage the credit control process and ensure timely payments of invoices.
- Monitor and control customer accounts, identifying any issues and resolving them promptly.
- Prepare monthly reports on credit control activities.
- Work closely with the Accounting & Finance team to achieve department goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Ensure all credit control activities adhere to company policies and regulations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the credit control process.
- Assist with other financial duties as required.
Profile
A successful Credit Controller should have:
- Relevant educational qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Prior experience in a similar role within the industrial / manufacturing sector.
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
Job Offer
