Job Title:                    Events Coordinator

Salary:                        £25,000 pa

Benefits:                    Annual bonus based on company performance (up to 15%)

Hours:                        37.5 pw – flexible hours

Location: Mainly remote – going into London office 1-4 times per month on a Thursday.

This role may require occasional overnight stays across the UK to support events with travel required to attend meetings mainly in London

Events Coordinator Responsibilities: 

You will be responsible for the online events as well as supporting the team with day-to-day tasks. This may include:

  • Taking ownership of specific event streams, from coordination and planning through to execution, ensuring seamless delivery and high engagement.
  • Managing the events calendar on the bespoke Member platform, ensuring all sessions, discussions, and activities are accurately scheduled and promoted.
  • Involvement with the planning and execution of the increasing in person events programme.
  • Providing event reporting, collating feedback, capturing recordings and other event outputs as required.
  • Engaging with other area of business to feed into communications and event promotion, programme design, Membership opportunities, and invoicing requirements.
  • Providing strategic input into wider business initiatives.
  • Participating in in-person events nationwide.

  • Ability to prioritise work to meet varying deadlines
  • Confident at engaging with stakeholders at all levels to build trusted relationships
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable manner
  • Enthusiastic self-starter, with the ability to work autonomously
  • Strong communication skills and fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to spot new opportunities and contribute to business planning
  • An eye for detail
  • Strong administration skills with the ability to manage a busy workload
  • Competent user of Microsoft 365 packages

Events Coordinator Desirable skills:

  • Experience of managing in person or online events schedules
  • Experience using Zoom to manage online events
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
