This full-time Customer Service Executive role is focused on providing proactive customer experience to a range of business customers who are purchasing technical products.

Key duties include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, acting as the first point of contact for customers of this manufacturing business
  • Communicating professionally with customers to gain a deeper understanding of their businesses and needs.
  • Processing customer orders and returns accurately and efficiently.
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams.
  • Putting together quotations and managing documentation.
  • Update the internal CRM system with accurate information of customers’ records.
  • Managing fleet contracts, including processing orders and instructions as appropriate.
  • Assisting the sales team in building and maintaining strong customer relationships while identifying cross-selling opportunities.

Essential Requirements:

  • Significant solid experience in a relevant role, managing customer accounts within a company offering a technical product line
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • The ability to solve problems and work under pressure
  • A positive outlook
  • Good IT skills, with the ability to use MS Office to at least an intermediate standard
  • Good CRM management experience

OUTSTANDING candidates will also have:

  • Some technical expertise in Electronics
