Role Overview:

This is a key role within the business, supporting the Compliance Manager and working closely with senior leadership. You’ll be responsible for ensuring health, safety, quality, and environmental standards are upheld across various operational areas including office, factory, and project sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct audits across sites, offices, and factory environments.
  • Complete accident and investigation reports.
  • Prepare and review RAMS, risk assessments, SSOW/SOPs.
  • Monitor health and safety policies and training compliance.
  • Attend internal and external project meetings.
  • Manage fleet and equipment maintenance schedules.
  • Support SSIP scheme setup and compliance.
  • Deliver toolbox talks and provide HSQE advice.
  • Liaise with third-party consultants and senior management.
  • Implement and maintain IMS procedures and policies.
Key Performance Indicators:
  • RIDDOR and accident reporting.
  • Audit feedback and resolution.
  • Training compliance and records.
  • Annual audit outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in Health & Safety.
  • Familiarity with Quality and Environmental audits (ISO 9001/14001).
  • NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate.
  • IOSH Managing Safely.
  • First Aid Training.
