This is a consultative sales role-no cold calling, just warm leads from customers who have already expressed interest in private health insurance.

?? What You'll Be Doing:- Calling customers who have requested a quote or renewal-no cold calls
- Building rapport and understanding each customer's lifestyle and insurance needs
- Recommending suitable policies and clearly explaining cover levels, pricing, and exclusions
- Accurately inputting customer information into the system while maintaining a great conversation
- Working towards achievable monthly targets in a supportive, team-based environment
- Experience in a phone-based customer service or sales role
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Confidence working in a target-driven environment
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
