- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to effectively manage your caseload
- Ability to handle freehold acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasehold transactions, site acquisitions and development, and secured lending
- Proficiency in liaising with financial institutions and handling business sales and purchases
- Some experience in residential conveyancing is desirable
- Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines and targets while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience
- Excellent IT skills to support your work
- Confident, commercially minded, and a skilled problem-solver
