Join our client's dynamic Legal team and play a pivotal role in safeguarding one of the UK's major tidal rivers! They are on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Dispute Resolution / Public Law Solicitor to provide top-notch, efficient, and commercially focused legal advice across a spectrum of matters, including dispute resolution, public law, and compliance/regulatory work.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver Excellence: Provide outstanding legal solutions within deadlines and budgets.
- Litigation Mastery: Handle general litigation, including property, landlord and tenant, and commercial disputes.
- Judicial Review Expert: Advise on and manage judicial review proceedings, and represent in dispute resolution proceedings, including advocacy, arbitrations, and mediations.
- Legal Advisor: Offer guidance on data protection legislation, information law, governance matters, statutes/statutory instruments, byelaws, and directions under relevant acts.
What They Are Looking For:
- Qualified Solicitor: With 5+ years’ experience in Dispute Resolution, Public Law, or an in-house legal team.
- Workload Warrior: Capable of managing large workloads and eager to learn new skills.
- Communication Pro: Strong communication and analytical skills, delivering high-standard work under pressure.
- Proactive Professional: Commercially minded, proactive, and always taking the initiative.
